For candidates communication is important for different reasons, we know that moving jobs can be exciting, challenging and downright terrifying often all in the space of a few hours.
It is our role to spend time with potential candidates, listen to what they can offer a business and understand their strengths, the areas they need to develop and their own career aspirations.
It is our job to find people who have an approach, attitude and ambition that is aligned with our clients. We have a strong track record in doing this and many of our past candidates are now clients themselves.
