We work with a small number of non-competing clients, some we have worked with for many years.
We make it our business to understand their businesses and we spend time with their teams to understand culture, aspirations, challenges and priorities.
We don’t rely on past knowledge, we understand the importance of keeping close to an organisation as it evolves, we leave our assumptions at the door and we ask questions, lots of questions, and importantly we listen to the answers.
We challenge when challenge is required and we work to collectively agree the right recruitment strategy to meet the client's goals.
