Once we start the search we will provide regular updates before presenting a pre-screened shortlist of qualified candidates with a detailed summary including experience, strengths, aspirations and areas where they may need to develop.
The way you conduct the interview process can be a direct reflection of what it’s like to work at the company.
It is our role to advise and support this process and provide constructive feedback to both client and candidate in a clear, candid and timely manner.
Once the decision is made we’ll work with you to draft the offer and manage the negotiations and discussion with the candidate.
Moving jobs can often be a stressful time for candidates and we will support them in the transition period until they make the move.
Our business is only successful when our clients are happy. When the assignment is completed we want to hear what worked well and what could have worked better.
This is achieved through regular contact with both candidate and client during the first 12 months of employment.
