For candidates’ communication is important for different reasons, we know that moving jobs can be exciting, challenging and downright terrifying often all in the space of a few hours.

It’s our role to spend time with candidates, listen to what they can offer a business and understand their strengths, the areas they need to develop and their own career aspirations.
